COLORADO SPRINGS – June, 2016 – ASI Capital, LLC, a private debt and equity firm based in Colorado Springs, CO, is pleased to announce the sale of the Vineyard Centers I & II, a commercial office asset located in Grapevine, Texas.

Along with its partners, TVO Capital and Menyon Capital Partners, sold the 68,755 SF, two-building complex to a Texas based investor after completing renovations and stabilizing the asset with a solid tenant base. The assets returned multiples of the original investment after two and a half years.

ASI participated alongside the sponsor of the buildings in the acquisition in December, 2013.
